  • Why She's A Pioneer Dr. Geraldine Branch is a pioneer. She was the first African American woman to graduate from New York Medical College (Class of 1936). An obstetrician and gynecologist, she became a public health physician and a high school teacher.
  • Jason's Testimonial To gain job skills so that he could change the path he was on, Jason enrolled in occupational skills training at Goodwill. Once he graduated the program, he had many opportunities for employment.
  • Yolanda's Testimonial Yolanda came to Goodwill as a victim of domestic abuse and a single mother of two. She was seeking a way to provide for her family.
  • Andre's Testimonial While driving one day, Andre noticed Goodwill's Job Services Center. Every day, as Andre sought work, his wife, and sometimes his children, came to the center.
